Demise of NORCAP Register - 11/7/13
As previously announced, AAA-NORCAP's Contact Register is no longer in operation. BAAF is now looking after the electronic data held on NORCAP’s Contact Register, until further discussions and decisions can be made about its future, but the Contact Register is not currently active.
Anyone who was registered with NORCAP should instead register themselves on the Government's Adoption Contact Register if they haven't already done so. You can find out more about the situation regarding NORCAP and it's contact register on the BAAF website.
